Rey Mysterio has completed three surgeries on his torn biceps thus far. He is telling friends that two additional surgeries are required because he got an infection during the first procedure.

Rey is currently in Orlando for WrestleMania 24, but he doesn’t know whether he is going to appear on the show or not. He is still hopeful in appearing at WrestleMania in some form or fashion. He was assured by management that he would be part of the Floyd Mayweather/Big Show deal, but plans changed when they turned Mayweather heel.

Rey is targeting June for his return to the ring, possibly at the No Way Out PPV which is being held in his hometown of San Diego, California.
