In an unannounced update to the Wellness Policy, talent being tested must now take their urine samples in front of staff and are fully checked for objects that might be used to mask or filter the samples.

This is rumored to be a result of a development star getting caught with a fake urine sample.

It must be noted that the Original Wellness Policy in the 90's used this technique although according to one source stars have been known to go as far as using fake penis pumps, pre-filled with clean urine.
