WWE star Gregory "Hurricane" Helms has been summonsed, ordering him to appear on July 8th in court to answer charges of assault and battery following the incident earlier this month where he was reportedly struck at a local N&N Sports Bar by a Dustin Narron.

At the time Narron was arrested and released after posting $500 bond, but witnesses said there was a scuffle and Narron claims Helms started the fight.
