From TNAWrestling.com:

TNAwrestling.com has learned that TNA superstar and former World Heavyweight Champion "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner underwent surgery in Birmingham, Alabama, on Tuesday afternoon to repair a fully-torn ACL in his knee.

Renowned physician Dr. James Andrews performed the procedure. According to Dr. Andrews, Steiner could be out anywhere from four to six months.

Steiner originally suffered the injury on May 11 during the Sacrifice Pay-Per-View event, where he faced Samoa Joe and Kaz in the main event for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.
