To give you an idea of how much the "Tonight Show" has changed under current host Jimmy Fallon, on the November 11 show, he did what amounts to a viewer mail segment. The last letter asked for the Undertaker to make an appearance and tombstone a turkey.
Fallon sold it as though it wasn't going to happen, but as soon as 'Taker's theme music hit, the Dead Man, fresh from spending the previous two days in England, appeared on stage while a jobber in a turkey suit (Brad Maddox) wandered out, and, well.......!
The moral of this story? Be careful what you wish for, because you never know. You may just get your wish granted!
