Reaction Zone - Do they really want to sue, or are they being used?

The mind just flat out boggles.

Several former WWE/F wrestlers, referees, and other talents are taking part in a suit being brought by attorney Konstantine Kyros, who's already had two lawsuits dismissed by judges. At issue is whether or not the company knowingly hid anything in relation to the dangers of perhaps sustaining concussions in the ring.

The list includes a few guys already in the WWE Hall of Fame, including Road Warrior Animal and Paul Orndorff, as well as a few people that fans wouldn't have minded seeing enter the hall as well, such as Demolition's Ax & Smash (Bill Eadie & Barry Darsow). The husband & wife team of Rodney Mack & Jazz are on the list as are twin referees Earl & Dave Hebner, the former currently with TNA. There's even a few jobbers, such as Don Driggers and Omar Atlas. To me, that says Kyros is desperately trying to gather enough evidence and witnesses to finally win one over WWE. As the saying goes, Kyros is the guy driving the bus, putting the careers of these men & women at further risk by putting their standing with WWE at great risk.

Reverend Ken Johnson (Slick) rarely took a bump, and the only time I can think of where he might've taken a blow to the head was a running powerslam from the late Davey Boy Smith in the 80's. In other words, pilgrims, there's something rotten in the state of Denmark, and this suit, like the others that Kyros filed, will end up getting tossed aside like yesterday's trash.

No, I'm not defending WWE here. I just can't believe how so many people could possibly fall prey to an ambulance chaser looking for 15 minutes of fame. If there was ever a case to define "losing battle", this is it. I rest my case.
