Reaction Zone - Will Team 3D reform in Ring of Honor?

The aftermath of the Briscoes & Bully Ray losing the Ring of Honor 6-man titles to Dalton Castle and The Boys at Best in the World last month has seen Bully, the sage veteran, trying to keep the Briscoes focused, telling Jay that it's okay to be pissed off, especially after getting screwed in a subsequent loss to Bullet Club thanks to Marty Scurll. As noted in this week's ROH report, the priorities are now set. Bully & the Briscoes will occupy themselves with Bullet Club before going after the 6-man titles, but I suspect strongly that those belts are bound for the Bullet Club, if not back to the Kingdom.

I also see the Briscoes & Bully feuding down the line. How that will play out remains to be seen, but I've a strong suspicion that if that happens, all it'll take from Bully is one phone call, and Devon will step away from his new gig as a agent-producer for WWE, come out of retirement, and join Bully in ROH. Like, who hasn't dreamed of a match between the Briscoes and Team 3D, anyway? If the first match takes place in an old ECW stronghold, like, say, for example, Philadelphia's 2300 Arena, it'll sell out in mere seconds. Team 3D vs. Bullet Club? Same thing. Of course, Bully & Devon have been part of a nWo style group of their own, the ill conceived Aces & Eights, but I can't see them as part of a larger group again.

Otherwise, who would Bully Ray recruit to team with him against the Briscoes? Probably someone else outside of WWE. Like, Tommy Dreamer? House of Hardcore could stand to get the rub from ROH, and vice versa.

Of course, there's also the chance that the Briscoes could feud amongst themselves for the first time since their early days in ROH. For anyone that has only followed ROH since maybe the last 5 years, like ye scribe, that would be money as well.

What could happen if Devon comes in? He brings in his sons, who have been training at Team 3D's academy anyway, since they're not in NXT---yet----, and could move to the ROH dojo. This would be the Hughes brothers' ticket to New Japan, with whom ROH has a very good relationship. A lot can and probably will happen. As the song goes, if you don't believe me, just watch.
