Detailed Results
We open with Dario Cueto leading the Crew into the bowels of the temple. Seems that Matanza is Dario's brother. If the Crew fumbles another opportunity, they may wind up dealing with Matanza. Uh-oh.

1. Fenix vs. Killshot.

Killshot's singles debut. Fenix hasn't been seen since the coffin match vs. Mil Muertes. No sign of Catrina. Hmmmm. Very good opener. Total babyface match. About what you'd expect from Fenix, but, again, Killshot shows he can keep up. However, Fenix gets the upper hand and lands the Fire Thunder Driver off the top, almost like a hanging DDT into a piledriver, for the pin.

Winner: Fenix.

Cueto talks down, not up, to Drago. After a break, Cueto meets with Prince Puma, but after being confronted by Hernandez, convinces Super Mex that his match vs. Cage & King Cuerno is a #1 contender's match. Hernandez is digging, Puma is not.

2. Famous B vs. Ricky Mandel vs. Argenis vs. Vinnie Mazzaro.

The bout barely started before Texano, Jr. showed up, attacked all 4 men and the referee, and threw them all out. Attacking the ref is going to cost Texano, but then, the way Cueto's been behaving lately, he'll let it go. Texano called out the "fan" who attacked him last week (Shawn Daivari). Funny thing. The 4 men in the match were all returning after having had their arms broken in sacrifice by Pentagon Jr..

No Contest.

Speaking of fans, Marty "The Moth" Martinez debuts, trying to get a tryout with Lucha Underground, but Cueto, who was all over the place this week, blew him off.

3. Cage vs. Hernandez vs. King Cuerno.

Air traffic control on alert. Martinez got involved, but Cage & Hernandez bum-rushed him out. We haven't seen the last of this geek. A lot of flying going on, but eventually, Cuerno is isolated and grounded. Hernandez hit the Pounce, then a sitout front slam, to end it.

Winner: Hernandez.

Vampiro, in a pre-taped segment tries interviewing Son of Havoc, Ivelisse, & Angelico. More bickering. Vamp can't control them. Yuck.

4. Lucha Underground title: Prince Puma (w/Konnan) vs. Drago.

We are reminded over and over again that if Drago doesn't win the title, he's gone. More and more we are seeing that there is a hidden agenda involving Konnan and Hernandez. Maybe Vampiro's been right about K-Dawg after all. After a ref bump, Hernandez returns, and a Pounce that appeared intended for Puma hits Drago instead. Konnan calls for Puma to finish Drago, and he does with a Fire Thunder Driver.

Winner: Prince Puma.

Puma's sad that his friend has to leave. Drago sees Cueto on the way out and promises that "we'll meet again". He walks out, and we see flames. Is he really a dragon?
