Detailed Results
After the show-opening highlight reel, we find Angelico in Dario Cueto's office. Angelico wants Johnny Mundo, but the champ is hiding behind his lawyers for some reason. Angelico is instead entered in the Battle of the Bulls tournament, with his first round match next week. Angelico warns that Mundo may need an undertaker instead of a lawyer soon.....

1. Battle of the Bulls, 1st round: Cage vs. Texano vs. Joey Ryan vs. Dr. Wagner, Jr. (w/Famous B & Brenda).

The Battle of the Bulls is a series of fatal 4-way, 1-fall matches, with the winners advancing to a 4-way elimination final, presumably in 2 weeks. The winner then advances to meet Mundo or whomever the champion is at that point. Famous B, predictably, snatches the mic from Melissa Santos, as he still thinks she's not good enough to introduce Wagner. Cage, though, shuts FB down with a clothesline. You'd think FB would finally take the hint, but no. He gets involved later, and eats, with Wagner, a double fallaway slam. The No-DQ stip benefits Texano, as he uses his bullrope, but it comes back to bite him, as Cage uses it on him, then puts Ryan away.

Winner: Cage.

Dario is now meeting with Sexy Star, who is exempt from the tournament. Instead, she gets PJ Black, the only member of Worldwide Underground she hasn't faced yet. Win, and she gets a rematch. Lose, and she can't ever challenge for the title again. This is what happens when Cueto decides to do business with the selfish Mundo. Meanwhile, Officer Ricky Reyes reports to Captain Vasquez. His cover's been blown, thanks to Officer Meehan (Ryan), whom Vasquez now says she should never have trusted. Cortez Castro may be gone, but Reyes will return as a masked luchador...

2. Sexy Star vs. PJ Black.

Even match to start, as both are a little more aggressive than normal. Of course, Jack Evans has to come down to help, which he won't be able to do if Sexy gets her wish. However, the interference backfires, as Evans eats a superkick intended for Sexy, who then hits a sunset flip for the fall.

Winner: Sexy Star.

The rematch will be in a cage with the rest of Worldwide Underground banned from the arena. We hope.

Dario checks to see if Matanza has changed his mind about entering Battle of the Bulls. Nope. Still wants Rey Mysterio, and only Rey. Ah, but El Dragon Azteca, Jr. is entered........! Meanwhile Kobra Moon is revealed as the queen of the Reptile Tribe, and sends two generals to go after Drago.....

3. Battle of the Bulls, 1st round: El Dragon Azteca, Jr. vs. The Mack vs. Marty Martinez vs. Mil Muertes (w/Catrina).

Stop the presses! Martinez & Mack working together against Muertes? Yep. Doesn't last long, though. Marty's offense continues to improve. Unfortunately, his unhealthy obsession with Melissa continues as well. Everyone gets a turn. Then, Matanza shows up and wipes out Azteca with Wrath of the Gods. Martinez gets two after Dario returns, having been KO'd by Matanza earlier, to retrieve his wayward brother. However, the Mack has the last word with a "cross-country" stunner, a cross between the Pounce and the Diamond Cutter, really, to end the match.

Winner: The Mack.
