Detailed Results
After the usual opening montage highlighting tonight's card, we find that Mil Muertes is upset with Catrina. She uses Muertes' "real name", Pasquale Mendoza, in addressing him, reminding him that without her, he wouldn't be where he is today. Meh.

1. Sexy Star vs. Cobra Moon.

Way too short, and deserves a rematch. Why? Marty Martinez stuck his nose where it didn't belong. As Sexy applies a pendulum surfboard, she catches sight of Martinez in the bleachers, and loses focus. Cobra locks on the dragon sleeper, and Sexy taps. The Mack had been out to support Sexy, but didn't have a chance to intercept Marty.

Winner: Cobra Moon.

Another Famous B ad airs. He's trying to style like Jay Lethal, and fails. We find that Dragon Azteca, Jr. was watching until Rey Mysterio shuts the set off to resume training.

King Cuerno feature. He's in the main event, defending the Gift of the Gods title vs. Fenix, their 3rd match already this season.

2. Prince Puma vs. Pentagon, Jr..

Return match from last month. Earlier, Muertes said he wanted both Puma & Pentagon to avenge himself from opening night, but Catrina refused to grant them title matches, which makes it sound like Catrina has grown drunk with power like other heel administrators. Very even match, ending when Muertes, who had not been on the throne before, comes out, sheds the sling, indicating his arm is healed, and attacks Pentagon, prompting the end of the match. He attacks both men, and lays them out with a double flatliner.

Winner: None. Though Matt Striker said Pentagon would win via DQ, no winner was announced, so assume No Contest, since Muertes attacked both fighters.

Backstage, Muertes decides he will defend the title next week vs. Pentagon & Puma in a triple threat match. Whether or not it's an elimination match is another issue altogether.

At the desk, Matt announces that Aztec Warfare II will take place on March 23. Mark your calendars.

3. Gift of the Gods title: King Cuerno vs. Fenix.

After the last man standing match 2 weeks ago, how much more would these two have to offer? Plenty, in this ladder match. Vampiro joined in the cheers from the desk, enjoying every minute. Muertes has settled down in his throne, watching intently, knowing his title is in danger. This was, really, a continuation from 2 weeks ago. So much action, it's hard to keep up. Fenix superkicked Cuerno on the floor, virtually knocking him out, enabling Fenix to reclaim the Gift of the Gods.

Winner: Fenix.
