Detailed Results
The show opening recap is pretty much the same as last week, focusing on the Gift of the Gods, but this time also Vampiro's attempts to rehab Pentagon, Jr...

Cage bursts into Dario Cueto's office, demanding Chavo Guerrero and the stolen medallion. Dario leads Cage to the ring as we lead off with the re-formation of the GotG belt. Chavo's the last man out after Dario hammily introduces everyone else (Texano, Aerostar, The Mack, Sinestro de la Muerte, Joey Ryan, & Sexy Star). Dario was great here. Chavo dekes Cage with a washer disc, then whacks the man-machine with a chair in order to put the stolen medallion into the belt, and enter the match. I would not have allowed this. Cage then lays out Chavo with Weapon X and cuts a promo.

1. Daga vs. Kobra Moon vs. Argenis vs. Mascarita Sagrada (w/Famous B & Brenda).

Famous B went from being a jobber to a delusional agent/salesman/manager without ever winning a match in the Temple. Go figure. So of course Sagrada is your designated jobber. Looks, too, like they may be setting up something between Daga and Kobra, as Kobra laid out Sagrada with a fire thunder powerbomb, but conceded the pin to Daga. Maybe she digs Daga, and vice versa. Well, Kobra is hotter than, say, Taya.......

Winner: Daga.

Backstage, earlier, Marty Martinez disrupts Killshot's prematch prep, and informs the ex-soldier that they will face each other......

2. Marty Martinez vs. Killshot.

No sign of Mariposa after she lost to Sexy Star 2 weeks ago. Just as well, as Marty needs to stand on his own two feet, creepy as he is. As Vamp points out, Marty has improved since arriving nearly a year ago. We're seeing a lot more offense, and he debuts a running curb stomp, Seth Rollins' old finisher, as a potential finish, but gets 2. Killshot comes back, avoids a butt splash, and hits the One Winged Angel (which Argenis used earlier) for the pin.

Winner: Killshot.

Post-match, Marty initiates a sore loser attack and steals Killshot's dog tags. This will not end well, but they need a storyline feud big enough to lead to the season-ending Ultima Lucha II......!

3. Gift of the Gods title: Texano vs. Joey Ryan vs. Aerostar vs. The Mack vs. Sinestro de la Muerte vs. Sexy Star vs. Chavo Guerrero, Jr..

Everyone, including Sinestro, wants a piece of Chavo. So, at a key point in the match, he eats a stunner from Mack, a springboard legdrop from Sinestro, and so on until Cage returns and attacks everyone else, then lays Chavo on top of Ryan for the pin.

Winner (?): Chavo Guerrero, Jr..

Post-match, Cage enlightens us as to why he did it. The ultimate revenge for stealing the Aztec medallion is to take the GotG belt from Chavo-----next week. Chavo is SO dead.

Earlier in the night, somewhere, Vamp tortures Pentagon, Jr., and reminds that he is but a split personality, referring to his real ID (Ian Hodgkinson) as a separate entity. Kind of like the Hulk and Bruce Banner back in the day, as Matt Striker would tell us if he knew anything about this.
