Detailed Results
The scene shifts to Baltimore this week. ROH champ Christopher Daniels opens, acting as our unofficial MC. Daniels retained at Supercard of Honor over Dalton Castle, but was ambushed by Cody, who is out to make his case for a title shot. He gets in a Stardust joke as a none-too-subtle poke at WWE. Daniels offers to have the match right then and there, but of course Cody backs off.....

1. Lio Rush vs. Shane Taylor.

In this writer's estimation, referee Paul Turner blew it big by not ejecting Caprice Coleman when he had the chance. The Rebellion's leader taunted Rush for much of the match, and ate a suicide dive for his troubles. Turner should've put two and two together and sent Coleman to the back. Not that it would've affected the outcome, but still...! Taylor with a 1-handed sit-out tree slam. Keith Who?

Winner: Shane Taylor.

Frankie Kazarian promo for his TV title match vs. Marty Scurll.

2. Top Prospect finals: Josh Woods vs. John Skyler.

The two best men left in the tournament made it to the finals. Bob Evans is on commentary, and lets slip that he discovered Woods. Hmmmm. Very even match. Skyler went for Southern Salvation, but couldn't hit it. One move too many, and Woods first locks on a cross-armbreaker, then transitions to a knee-bar. Skyler tries to fight, but has to tap.

Winner: Josh Woods.

Post-match, David Starr showed up and laid out Woods, then cut a promo. Jealous much?

Last year's winner jobbed in the opener. The 2015 winner, Donovan Dijak, is gone (and so is Rush after this taping). If I'm Josh Woods, I'd worry about job security.

Adam Cole begging promo. Yeah, whatever.

3. ROH TV title: Marty Scurll vs. Frankie Kazarian.

Kaz goes it alone here, as Daniels stays in the back. While "The Villain" (Scurll) has earned the respect of the ROH faithful, this is the first match that ends up tainted. Why? Frustrated over his inability to put Kazarian away, Scurll resorts to powder. However, Kazarian can see that coming, and ducks. Paul Turner ends up blinded. Adam Page comes down and waffles Kazarian with a chair shot. Scurll rolls up Kaz with a needless handful of tights to retain, despite Daniels finally showing up after to notify Turner of the infractions.

Winner: Marty Scurll.

Post-match, Matt Sydal returns to challenge Scurll. Considering that Sydal has since signed with Impact.....!
