Detailed Results
We open this week with a recap of the Briscoes-Kingdom feud.

1. Tomasso Ciampa vs. Cedric Alexander.

Steve Corino returns next week, as Nigel McGuinness continues on commentary. Nigel would also factor into the conclusion of this match. Yes, they'd like you to believe that it was the psychotic Ciampa who ambushed Alexander backstage at the Honor Rumble "last month". Alexander goes for a quick win with his Overtime frogsplash, but gets just 2. Ciampa takes over, and it's a typical Ciampa match at this point. Alexander makes a rally, but a corner dropkick meant for Ciampa gets ref Todd Sinclair instead. Ciampa grabs the tag rope, meant for the next match, and uses it to choke out Alexander. However, the way Ciampa is hiding the rope pretty much gives away what's next. Nigel stooges off Ciampa to Sinclair. Down comes the rope, and Ciampa gets DQ'd.

Winner: Cedric Alexander.

Ciampa whacks Alexander with a chair, and tells Nigel that it's on him. Sure, it is.

2. Moose & RD Evans (w/Ramon) vs. Worst Case Scenario (Ethan Case & Elijah Davis IV).

Protracted squash. No Veda Scott this week. Hmmmmmm. Even though Evans is helping lead the "Moose!" chants, he's copying Daniel Bryan's "Yes!" mannerisms. Not a good way to honor a former ROH star. WCS had their moments, including Case using the Zig Zag for a near fall. Moose speared Case, then hoisted Evans on his shoulders, walked a few feet, and Evans hit a diving head butt for the finish.

Winners: Moose & RD Evans.

Michael Elgin returns for an interview, but it seems as though they'd like to revisit Kevin Steen's anti-ROH angle from 2011-13. Elgin came out dressed in a sport coat, with a water bottle in his pocket. Clever. Steen crossed with Steve Austin? Not sure how this plays out.

3. The Kingdom (Michael Bennett & Matt Taven w/Maria Kanellis) vs. the Briscoes.

Adam Cole fills the 3rd seat at ringside, and doesn't impress. Sure, they keep name-checking Matt Hardy, but I've a feeling if Matt does return, with TNA sinking, he'll turn face and bring brother Jeff with him to feud with the Kingdom. Trust me. All out brawl from the go, and Cole alternately cheers his team and whines when things don't go their way. Taven's a square peg in a round hole, shoehorned into this spot because of Hardy being in TNA. He just doesn't fit. He & Bennett went for the Doomsday Device, the Briscoes' finisher, but that was cut off, and Jay pinned Taven after a Jay Driller.

Winners: The Briscoes.

Post-match, Cole left the desk, and the Briscoes were left lying again. Sore losers should not close the show standing tall.
