Detailed Results
This week's show is a "Road Rage" edition, hosted by reporter Larry Mercer, who paints enough of a word picture to set up each of the two matches on the card, from two different locations on "Raising The Bar" weekend.

1. Roderick Strong vs. Chris Hero.

From Milwaukee:

Bobby Cruise was either transportation-challenged again or they simply decided to give Scarlett Bordeaux another audition as ring announcer. Whatever. Jimmy Jacobs joined former tag partner Steve Corino & Kevin Kelly at the desk, but was not shown, meaning they did post-production voice-overs, which explains Mercer's framing sequences.

Corino tried hard to get Jacobs to open up on what exactly the Decade was trying to accomplish, as they were on the fine line between mentoring & bullying. Corino was great for a change. In the ring, Strong & Hero put on a clinic, and Corino put over how Hero was working with the younger talents backstage. Before they went to this match, by the way, clips were shown of Jacobs cutting a promo on Adam Page earlier, and Page seemingly has joined up with the Decade. Just what we don't need. Jacobs did his best to avoid giving answers that would make sense. Funny how he didn't talk much when he was in SCUM and let Corino do all the talking.

Back to the match. Strong locked on the Stronghold (Boston Crab/Walls of Jericho), but Hero countered out. Hero with a series of roaring elbows that finally sent Strong down. Hero locks on the Stretch Plum, but ref Todd Sinclair sees that Strong is virtually out, and calls for the bell.

Winner: Chris Hero via referee stoppage.

2. Ring of Honor tag titles: reDRagon vs. the Young Bucks.

From Chicago:

Nigel McGuinness is with Kelly for this match. The Bucks were put over as arrogant heels, which they've always been presented as anyway. Kind of like the anti-Hardy Boyz in my view, but the idea here was that Matt had a broken hand sustained in Japan, and it took forever before Kyle O'Reilly began to exploit the injury. O'Reilly went for the cross-armbreaker (Armageddon) three times, but couldn't hold it. Another even bout, and the crowd bought into the Bucks as faces in peril by default. Finish saw O'Reilly block More Bang For Your Buck by locking Nick in a triangle choke, but Nick rolled through and cradled O'Reilly for the pin and the titles! The Bucks, who came in as IWGP Jr. Heavyweight tag champs, are now double champions!

Winners & new champions: The Young Bucks.

Jay Lethal was shown in a ROH-produced ad for sponsor JG Wentworth. Please.
