TNA's Initial Plans For Homicide Revealed

TNA originally brought Homicide back for the first set of New York City tapings to exclusively work multi-man X Division matches. Apparently, there were no plans to use him beyond the initial set of tapings.
However, the former X-Division and TNA World Tag Team Champion got over so well that they re-wrote some parts of Impact Wrestling and put him over so they could build to the X Division Title match between Homicide and Samoa Joe that took place on last week's edition of TNA Impact.

Homicide was going to work last week's Impact Wrestling tapings in Bethlehem, PA as well but had to pull out due to some nagging elbow and shoulder injuries.
