Ultimate Warrior's Lawyers Aim To Stop Merchandise Bootleggers

TMZ is reporting that attorneys for the late Ultimate Warrior’s marketing company, Ultimate Creations are trying to stop bootleg Warrior merchandise from being sold and distributed. Several memorabilia items with Warrior’s name and logo popped up online last week after his death and his lawyers are going after the infringers, citing Warrior’s trademark.

A cease & desist letter has been sent out to more than 100 merchandisers already, threatening swift legal action if they don’t stop all sales immediately.
