Why Paige Doesn't Wear Wrestling Boots,, New Match Set For SummerSlam *SPOILER*

- You may have noticed, Paige does not grapple in traditional wrestling boots. Rather, she competes in shoes one would wear on the streets. Her choice of shoes are Dr. Martens, a British footwear brand.

Speaking to WWE Magazine, the former Divas Champion explains why she wrestles in Dr. Martens.

“I’m used to it,” Paige says. “You have to break them in so I had to wear them on the streets. They’re very good, very British. I’m sticking to my guns. I’m really happy they’re back in fashion again because I love them and I own a pair, so I might as well put these babies on.”

- Chris Jericho defeated Erick Rowan at this week's WWE SmackDown tapings in a match where the stipulation was if Jericho won, Rowan would be banned from ringside for Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam.

Rusev vs. Jack Swagger in a Flag Match was also announced. Here's the updated card after the tapings:
