Northeast Wrestling has had a very successful year promoting shows in 2007, and the company is gaining even more momentum as we head into the fall season. First up is Autumn Ambush in Milford, PA October 28th - followed by Electric City Slam in Scranton, PA November 3rd. Mike The Mark would like to take a few moments here to break some things down for you, because at a Northeast Wrestling show, great things always happen.
Autumn Ambush 2006 was the first show ran in Milford, PA in quite some time. The show drew an electric crowd that had the honor of witnessing the NEW match of the year (in my opinion) between Jay Lethal and Josh Daniels. 2007 is going to be even better, with Kurt Angle appearing, Jerry "The King" Lawler taking on Joey Mercury of MNM fame,a rematch featuring Jason Blade challenging Xavier for the NEW Heavyweight Title along with Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, Abyss, Romeo Roselli, The Mighty Midgets, Talia Madison, Brian Anthony, Milford's own Gus Harlacher (The Dynamic Sensation) and more! I witnessed the first Blade vs. Xavier title match in Danbury, and this rematch alone is going to be worth the price of admission!
Electric City Slam is the first big time show ran in Scranton in years, and the lineup for the show is absolutely amazing! Kurt Angle, Jerry "The King" Lawler, Team 3D (formerly The Dudley Boyz), Samoa Joe, Christian Cage, AJ Styles,
Sgt. Slaughter, Joey Mercury are already listed, and I am sure that is just the beginning.
If you live in the north eastern part of this country, I strongly suggest making an attempt to go to one or both of these shows, as you get a chance to meet all of the stars during the meet and greet before the show, and NEW always puts on shows that have everyone going home happy!
