I think it’s about time that I update all of you. My father passed away this past Monday. In the last few days of his life he went through hell both physically as well as mentally. I knew my father didn’t have long, but I certainly didn’t expect him to pass 9 days after he was told he had colon cancer. You have all been so wonderful with your thoughtful emails. It’s your emails that have helped me get through these rough times. I look forward to getting back to my columns; you have no idea how much I miss sharing my thoughts with all of you. I just need some more time to let this all soak in. Thank you again for your thoughts and prayers and hopefully I will return very soon.
