Kenny “Ken Flo” Florian (6-3-0)will step up to battle fellow "The Ultimate Fighter" alumnus Din Thomas (20-6-0)in the main event at UFC Fight Night Wednesday, September 19 at 9:00pm ET. The Show will air live on Spike TV from The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

Florian won his last two fights over Alvin Robinson and Dokonjonosuke Mishima by submission. Thomas won his last three fights, defeating Jeremy Stephens by submission, Clay Guida by unanimous decision, and Rich Clementi by submission.

Florian is replacing Spencer Fisher, who was forced to forefit his spot due to staph infection. Fisher's trainer, Pat Miletich, stated that several other fighters who train with Fisher at the Miletich gym in Bettendorf, Iowa have also been stricken with staph.

"They've been quarantined out of the gym," Miletich said. "It's not something you get from dirty mats or hospital equipment. It spreads from human to human contact."
