The Cartel (Lil’ Cholo and Delikado [with
Mongo and El Jefe]) vs. Arik Cannon and Vic Grimes
Cannon with an Irish whip to Delikado and Grimes with an
Avalanche splash into the corner. Grimes with a running
butt splash and a head butt from the turnbuckle into Delikado’s
groin. Grimes goes up top but he misses a corkscrew moonsault
when Delikado moves. Delikado with an enzuigiri and he tags
in Lil’ Cholo. Cholo with a drop kick that sends Grimes
through the ropes and to the floor. Cholo with a kick and
a rana to Grimes on the floor. The Cartel attacks Grimes
and rolls him back into the ring. Cholo gets a two count
when the action returns to the ring. Grimes with an Irish
whip and he catches Cholo when Cholo tries to float over.
Grimes hits a reverse Crucifix Driver but he can only get
a two count when Delikado breaks up the count. Cannon tags
in and he charges at Cholo but Cholo with a drop toe hold
that sends Cannon into the turnbuckles. Cholo with a belly-to-back
suplex. From out of nowhere, a masked woman comes into the
ring and she gives Cholo a Saito Suplex and throws Cholo
out of the ring. Grimes with a kick to Delikado and he gets
Delikado up on his shoulder. Mongo and El Jefe come into
the ring and they clip Grimes. Outside the ring, Cholo is
Irish whipped into the ring steps. Back in the ring, Delikado
hits a blockbuster on Grimes followed by a high knee. The
Cartel cover Grimes for the three count. Winners: The Cartel
After the match, they put a fish on Grimes’s chest
and he takes a bite of the fish as he walks to the back
with Cannon and the masked woman.
Matt Sydal (with Lizzy Valentine) vs. Human Tornado
Before the match, Tornado tries to impress Valentine, but
she won’t have any of it and tells Tornado to ‘talk
to the hand’. Lizzy grabs Tornado by the hair and
that allows Sydal to attack Tornado. Tornado with a drop
kick followed by a Pounce that sends Sydal out of the ring.
Tornado with a somersault plancha but he overshoots Sydal
by a few feet and Tornado lands in the crowd. Sydal brings
Tornado back into the ring and he humiliates Tornado and
then hits a standing drop kick in the corner. Sydal with
a slingshot baseball slide into the corner for a two count.
Sydal with an Irish whip, but he charges into an elbow.
Sydal hits a spinning heel kick when Tornado charges and
Sydal gets a two count. Tornado punches Sydal but Sydal
with an Irish whip and flying clothesline that takes Sydal
to the apron. Sydal tries for a springboard move back into
the ring, but Tornado with a drop kick that drops Sydal
into the corner. Tornado does a split into Sydal’s
groin followed by a drop kick to the head. Sydal with a
leg sweep followed by a standing moonsault for a two count.
Tornado with a spin kick and the referee checks on Sydal.
This allows Valentine to enter the ring and she tries for
a low blow, but it does not affect Tornado’s balls
of steel. Valentine hits Tornado and the letter she was
reading earlier falls to the mat. Sydal with a pump handle
driver and he sees the letter. Valentine takes it away and
Tornado gets a waist lock on Sydal. Sydal tries for a low
kick, but it has no effect. Tornado with a back hand slap
and belly-to-back suplex for the three count. Winner: Human
Tornado After the match, Sydal argues with Valentine and
he leaves the ring.
Los Pochos Guapos (Aaron Aguilera and Kaos) vs.
The Filth and the Fury (Teddy Hart and Matt Cross)
Hart and Aguilera start off the match with an arm bar. Aguilera
with a back breaker but Hart responds with a tilt-a-whirl
arm bar take down. Aguilera misses a boot but he does not
miss the clothesline. Aguilera with a back elbow and choke
with his boot but Hart grapevines the leg and takes Aguilera
down. Aguilera kicks Hart over the top rope to the floor.
Hart tags in Cross and Kaos is tagged in by Aguilera. Cross
with a hammer lock and snap mare. Kaos with a knee to Cross
but Cross with an Irish whip. Cross is sent to the apron
when he charges at Kaos. Cross with a forearm and then he
goes up top. Kaos charges at Cross, but Cross gets out of
the corner using the ropes. Kaos with an Irish whip and
running clothesline. Kaos pulls Cross out of the corner,
but Cross lands on his feet after a flip. Cross trips Kaos
and hits a springboard double stomp to Kaos’s back
for a two count. Kaos with an Ace Crusher for a two count.
Aguilera is too busy hitting on the women in the crowd to
tag into the match. Cross with a drop kick that sends Kaos
over the top rope to the floor. Kaos pulls Aguilera of the
apron. Cross hits a handspring somersault senton onto Kaos.
Hart goes up top and hits a splash onto Aguilera but hits
his leg on the guardrail. Aguilera suplexes Hart into the
wall and then Hart sends Aguilera into the wall. Hart climbs
to the announce table and he hits a moonsault onto Aguilera.
Back inside the ring, Cross misses a shooting star press.
Kaos gets the disco ball that was given to a fan and he
tosses it to Cross before connecting with a boot to the
disco ball that shatters in Cross’s face and Kaos
gets the three count.
Winners: Los Pochos Guapos
Ricky Banderas says that Vampiro’s days are numbered
