WrestlingTimesX - The Reality Era... what Triple H fails to realize

Triple H makes a great point, we have become an era of whiney, complacent crybabies. Whenever we have a problem we address it by updating our status on Facebook, tweeting about it on twitter, or taking a selfie and adding thirty hashtags on Instagram.  Nowadays we don't really strive to make a difference.

Even with the current situation regarding a certain superstar, fans tried to take a stand by hijacking Monday Night RAW when WWE rolled through Chicago as part of its Road to WrestleMania. But the system, well aware of fans' puny attempt to take over their show, squashed it.

So Triple H rhetorically asked Michael Cole, during a live sit down interview in the ring on Monday Night RAW, what happened to people taking charge and fighting the system? He then called this era the Reality Era because the reality is that he will put an end to Daniel Bryan, along with the YES Movement. What Triple H fails to realize is that he is the system, and Daniel Bryan is fighting it.

It was different during Triple H's glory days in the attitude era because he had D-Generation X and he had the larger-than-life look. The Game Triple H, the man was chiseled out of granite and still is to this day.

Daniel Bryan is not The Game by any means: he's short, hairy, and not quite the physical specimen. But we respect him in spite of his size and his looks. We accept him for his character, his work ethic, and his athleticism.

Daniel Bryan never asked anyone to follow him; we just did. And the YES Movement wasn't the system' s creation as much as they want to believe it was; we were the architects.

All it took was 18 seconds at a WrestleMania that hyped a "Once in a Lifetime" match and an "End of an Era" match, to solidify the YES Movement. The system squashed Daniel Bryan in the opening match, but the fans pointed with both fingers skyward and chanted YES! And we haven't stopped chanting for two years.

Triple H likes to believe that he has the authority to obliterate the YES Movement with his trusty shovel, but the YES Movement is Daniel Bryan's stable.

YES, we complained when Daniel Bryan was cheated out of the WWE Title. YES, we were outraged when he wasn't given an opportunity to compete in the Royal Rumble. YES, we scoffed loudly when told that the main event for the thirtieth anniversary of WrestleMania would be Randy Orton vs Batista. And YES, we made WWE change it.

We may be a generation of crybabies, but Daniel Bryan inspired us to make our voices heard, and to never let anyone tell us NO!
