Detailed Results
The first TV show of the year brings us back to Philadelphia.

New ROH champion Dalton Castle & the Boys are out to start. Standard promo about fulfilling the dream to become a champion. Jay Lethal is out, and Dalton has the Boys act as stools. Lethal isn't exactly digging, but he wants a title shot. Done, as Castle said. As Lethal leaves, however, Punishment Martinez crashes the party and sends Castle South of Heaven.....

1. ROH TV title: Silas Young vs. Simon Grimm.

Grimm is the former Simon Gotch from WWE. As always, Beer City Bruiser is at Young's side, but does exactly nothing. Grimm stayed even with Young up until the very end, when Young landed Misery to retain.

Winner: Silas Young.

Post-match, Kenny King comes out and cuts a promo on Young, leading to a brief scuffle before Young & Bruiser flee.

2. The Briscoes vs. two jobbers.

Squashola. This was mostly to showcase the Briscoes' new attitudes. Mark's shaved his head, and probably took some of his remaining brain cells with it. Froggy-bow ends this in a hurry.

Winners: The Briscoes.

Post-match, the 8-time champs cut a promo on the current champs, the Motor City Machine Guns.

We'll skip past the gaga from the Kingdom and the Bullet Club.

3. Non-title: Marty Scurll vs. Flip Gordon.

Another even bout, as Gordon frustrates the Villain, at the time the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight champ, from the go. No mention of the fact that Gordon had already beaten one member of Bullet Club (Adam Page), but he's looking for another scalp. Scurll has gone to Adam Cole's old finisher, the Last Shot (brainbuster on the knee), rechristened the Ghost Buster, which was Koko B. Ware's name for the brainbuster in the WWE (F) in the 80's. Needed two Ghost Busters to finish Gordon.

Winner: Marty Scurll.
