Detailed Results
Ultima Lucha is being spread across two episodes, totaling three hours in all. We start with Dario Cueto taunting Black Lotus in her cell, and tries to sell her on the idea that Matanza didn't kill her parents, but El Dragon Azteca did. Why do I have a feeling this will also involve Mil Muertes before this is all said and done?

1. Falls count anywhere: The Mack vs. Cage.

Mack has won the first two meetings between these two, and after they brawled all over the temple last time, Cueto made this falls count anywhere. They never really went to the ring, as the fight started when Cage ambushed Mack at the entrance. The action never let up after that, resulting in a spectacular brawl. Mack pulled out a pair of Miller Lites, called Mackweisers by Matt Striker, and further channeled Stone Cold Steve Austin by hitting the stunner on Cage for 2. Mack powerbombed Cage off the apron and through a table for 2. That was as close as they would get to actually fighting in the ring. Back to the roof of the office. Cage finds some cinder blocks and hits a standing curb stomp (eat your heart out, Seth Rollins) to end it.

Winner: Cage.

2. LU trios title: Son of Havoc, Ivelisse, & Angelico vs. the Disciples of Death (w/Catrina).

Ivelisse is still on crutches, and Cueto, being a jerk, won't allow the champs to name a substitute. Texas Tornado tag, meaning more action outside the ring. You know Angelico will find a way to do a spectacular dive, and he does, hitting a crossbody on one of the disciples on the floor. Unfortunately, that ended Angelico's night, and was the champs' best hope. Catrina takes it upon herself, illegally, of course, and hits Ivelisse with the stone of death to give her team the titles. Bet the house Cueto signed off on that, too.

Winners & new champs: The Disciples of Death.

3. Drago vs. Hernandez.

This is billed as a "Believer's Backlash" match, or, as it's known in TNA, fan's revenge. Selected fans come down the stairs bearing leather straps, and while Drago, predictably, doesn't get whipped, Hernandez gets treated like one of Jim Ross' favorite government mules. Just kidding, JR. Hernandez was off his game for most of the match, realizing he couldn't fight on the floor. Another table comes into play. Drago puts Hernandez through with a splash, then rolls SuperMex in, and hits a 2nd splash for the win.

Winner: Drago.

El Dragon Azteca arrives, but we're told he's not supposed to enter the temple, per some sort of prophecy. Hmmmm. The endgame comes next week.
