Detailed Results
Sorry I haven't covered the show on a regular basis of late, but....!

We're still in Philadelphia this week.

1. Josh Woods vs. Punishment Martinez.

Good opener. We're reminded again that Martinez is one of these tall, rangy athletes that moves like a cruiserweight. Woods tried to match him hold for hold, and at one point had a distinct advantage. However, one mistake was all Martinez needed to set up send Woods South of Heaven.

Winner: Punishment Martinez.

Mark Briscoe promo. He challenges Kenny King for the TV title---NEXT, with Jay in his corner. Uh-oh....

Jay Lethal promo. Jay wants back in the title hunt. Marty Scurll interrupts, and we get a match set for Final Battle between these two.

2. ROH TV title: Kenny King vs. Mark Briscoe (w/Jay Briscoe).

The match barely started, with neither man locking up, before Jay threw in the towel (due to Mark's elbow injury). Mark rightfully was upset with his bro, but there's something else here.....

Winner via forfeit: Kenny King.

Not the way either man wanted this to go down. Martinez came back and ambushed King. In order, Shane Taylor, Jonathan Gresham, Silas Young, & Cheeseburger, all of whom, like Martinez & Woods in the first match, are in line for a TV title shot as they're doing a mini-tournament to determine who faces King in a 4-way elimination match at Final Battle, are out. Once everyone's on the floor, King recovers, and hits a corkscrew plancha to send everybody flying.

Coleman's Pulpit: Shane Taylor is the guest with Rev. Caprice Coleman. Without so much as saying so, Taylor is playing the merc card, mostly to provide for his daughter, to get her out of the ghetto of the inner city. This works better if Shane turns babyface at some point.

3. #1 contender's match for the tag titles: The Addiction vs. Best Friends.

These two teams were supposed to meet a few weeks back, but the Addiction walked out of the match. Not so much this time, as they're looking at 3-peating as tag champs. However, it's time for fresh blood in the tag division. Very even match, ending with Chuckie T hitting a modified powerbomb on Frrankie Kazarian to end it.

Winners: Best Friends.

Next week:

Bully Ray speaks.
Dalton Castle vs. Adam Page.
Shane Taylor vs. Cheeseburger.
