Detailed Results
Part 4 from Las Vegas.

1. Marty Scurll vs. Jay White.

Pretty even match to start the evening. Unfortunately, it had a crap finish. Scurll went for the chicken wing too early in the bout, which meant it wasn't the finish. White got some near falls. Scurll got caught using the ropes by ref Paul Turner, which was good, but the umbrella came into play as a decoy so Turner wouldn't see a low blow, setting up a simple small package for the finish.

Winner: Marty Scurll.

2. The Dawgs (Rhett Titus & Will Ferrara) vs. the Tempura Boys.

Sho & Yo are now under the tutelage of Rocky Romero in New Japan as an offshoot of Rappongi Vice, now that Romero and Trent Baretta broke up that team. The Tempuras won an earlier bout over the Dawgs, so you should've figured out who was winning this one. They hit a powerbomb dropped into a backstabber for 2. Backstabber gets 2. However, the Dawgs put some moves together too, as Titus gets a rare pinfall on one of the Tempuras.

Winners: The Dawgs.

Bullet Club backstage segment, pre-taped, as Scurll is in a suit. Don't know what the joke is, but they were still laughing after the break. Whatever.

3. #1 contender's match for the TV title: Shane Taylor vs. Chucky T(aylor) vs. Damian Martinez vs. Mark Briscoe.

Rev. Caprice Coleman joins the announcers for this one.

These kind of matches should be elimination bouts, but they don't think of these things. The crowd popped for the 1-on-1 between Martinez and Shane Taylor, the two biggest men in the match. Martinez hit a springboard somersault plancha at one point. This guy will be a babyface down the road, I tell you. The finish saw Briscoe use a prone Martinez, who was on the top turnbuckle, as a launching pad for the Froggy-Bow after hitting the Death Valley Driver on Chuck Taylor.

Winner: Mark Briscoe.

Post-match, Jay Briscoe came out and confronted his brother, looking to get back to tag team wrestling. In Jay's state of mind, that spells trouble.......
